  20.              RexxBase is a Rexx External Interface DLL
  21.              that allows OS/2 V2.x command procedures to
  22.              access dBase III and IV files.  Rexx programs
  23.              can control files by reading, writing and
  24.              updating data fields directly.  RexxBase
  25.              generates dBase field names and values that
  26.              are available directly to a Rexx program.
  27.              The Rexx program can change this data and
  28.              update dBase files directly.  Also database
  29.              file control information is available to the
  30.              Rexx program.  This information includes such
  31.              data as last date the database was updated,
  32.              number of records on file, field names, etc.
